| Abstract: | The analysis shows that the comprehensive capacity of China's instrument and meter industry falls about 15 years behind that of advanced countries; it is more and more difficult to follow the trail of techniques and technological development; China more gratefully depends on the core techniques of advanced countries. China's instrument and meter industry should transfer its management mechanism , focus its attention on R&D, expand international cooperation and enhance its quality. |
