| Abstract: | When reorganized into corporations, Chin's state enterprises are to pay special attention to creation of behaviors as the stockholder of state-owned shares in order to separate the investor's ownership from the corporate property rights of enterprises. Efforts are to be made to increase stockholders of corporate shares and to create a structure of stock ownership and ideal behaviors of stockholders, with stocks held by enterprises of public ownership with the status of legal persons as the mainstay. Legislation and corporate laws should be perfected to restrict short-term behaviors of individual stockholders. |
