| Abstract: | The establishment of the modern enterprise system must be accompanied by a good design of positions of the state and individuals as investors. The State as a subject is too large in scale to have a clearly-defined property right. It is to be converted from an "athlete" to an "instructor" and "referee". On the other hand, individuals as a subject are too small in scale to be fit to be ordinary stockholders, who are supposed to seek indirect ways of investment. |
