| Abstract: | The paperless office or factory is often spoken of as the place of the future, but would such an environment actually work? With continuous improvement in mind, there is a limit to the manual gathering and reporting of data, particularly in high volume production. Yet the automation of SFDC seems to be regarded with mixed feelings by manufacturing industry, even though the retailing industry could not operate today without highly automated identification and reporting technology. |
