Abstract: | Executive education is no longer a perk. It is a company's most important strategic hope for survival all over the world. When viewed strategically, executive education can play any or all of the following critical roles: a platform for organizational transformation, a mechanism for continuous organizational and individual renewal, and a vehicle for global knowledge transfer. This is illustrated by a description of Philips' revival and the role of operation Centurion in it and of other multinational companies. |
