| Abstract: | The step of the commercialization of specialized banks should not be too fast. Enterprises need some time to prepare and adopt them to the change. Enterprise should widen channels for collecting funds and rely less on banks. Merger and cooperation among enterprises should be expanded. Active measures should be taken to alleviate the contradiction of "debt chain" which puzzles the enterprise. Product structure should be adjusted, production quantity should be decided according to marketing. Treatment of proper tax exemption should be given to some enterprise in red. |
