| Abstract: | The crux of the modern enterprise system is to establish the corporate property right of State enterprises. At present, the problem awaiting an immediate solution for State enterprises is the configuration of the organization of main funding representatives of State assets. The settlement of this problem can lead to an actual establishment of the corporate property right of State enterprises. Nobody shall be entitled to put on auction State assets of enterprises unless approved by the State. |
