| Abstract: | With the growing popularity of EDI in the world economy, trade and business, an increasing number of countries have adopted the nonregistered customs declaration. China's customs is also making attempts to practice it soon. Through an analysis of the nonregistered customs declaration and its prerequisites, this paper holds that China's customs already possesses initial equipments and facilities of communication. However, the legal validity of documents of nonregistered customs declaration and some crucial technical problems wait to be settled immediately. |
