| Abstract: | The main problems facing the large and medium-sized state- owned enterprises in Liaoning province are as follows: 1.There exist outstanding structural contradictions; 2.The concept of enterprises' leaders and enterprises' operational mechanism are not suitable to the demands of market economy; 3.The equipments are worn-out and technology backward; 4.The management of enterprise is poor; 5. Enterprises lack the flowing funds and etc. The author's ideas on enlivening enterprises are to set a policy with technical transformation as the main work and a policy for adjusting industrial structure and product structure, featuring high-grade, good and refined products. |
