| Abstract: | The measures to realize the coordinated development of economy, society and ecological environment are as follows: focusing on the economic construction, strengthening the building of socialist culture and ideology and bringing about great advances in socialist democracy and in the legal system, making great efforts to develop scientific-tech, education and cultural undertakings, implementing conscientiously two basic national policies of family planning and environmental protection with an aim at optimizing gradually ecological environment and promoting the overall development of economy and society. |
