| Abstract: | More and more international conventions and agreements on environmental protection restrict and even prohibit in explicit terms the world trade of many products. According to estimation, there are several hundreds kinds of export products in China, which are subjected to influence. So this paper raises the following: (1) Marking great efforts to develop environmental protection industry and green economy and promoting the coordinated development of trade and environment; (2)Establishing as soon as possible the information system of technical standards of foreign trade environment to offer enterprises information consulting service concerning the environmental standards of products; (3) Preventing pollution form being transferred to China while opening to the outside world and inviting outside investment. |
