| Abstract: | This paper holds that the following should be done to optimize and guide the productive behavior of the farming households:Further reforming the productive operational system of agriculture;Leading peasants to establish cooperative economic organizations; Establishing a new regulatory and control system of farm products by reforming farm product-purchasing system;Practicing the strategy of population flow suited to China's national situation to promote the scale economy of agricultural production;Investing labor force and capital in agriculture in an effort to raise the quality of peasants. |
