Abstract: | China's financial reform has experienced two stages---- the first one from 1978 to 1993 and the second one from 1994 up to now. The suggestions on deepening the financial reform are as follows: 1. Efforts should be made to increase income by means of checking up authorized private funds, stopping the drain of revenue and state-owned assets, and increasing tax categories like inhesitance tax; 2. The use of funds should be under control; 3. The dual systems of enterprise income taxes should be merged as soon as possible; 4. Attention should be paid to invigorating the county-level finance; 5. The supervision and management of financial accounting should be strengthened. |
