Abstract: | 1995 is the first year when the annual inspection is conducted in the foreign-invested enterprises in China. The problems existing in the foreign-invested enterprises are as follows: (1)There is the prominent problem in the balance of foreign exchange. One third of the inspected enterprises can not seek the balance of foreign exchange by themselves; (2) The awareness of the precaution of exchange rate risk is weak; (3) There is a trend that more foreign businessmen prefer input in RMB; (4) Most of the enterprises with low risk in business and stable economic returns are processing and trade enterprises, engaged in the import of raw materials and the export of products. |
