| Abstract: | Dalian has always been a window for opening to the outside world in China's north-east area. Building Dalian into the "Hong Kong in North China" is actually to make it a modernized city with strong internal and external radiating capability, which have the international cities' functions and operate in light of the market economy and the international practices, by taking Hong Kong's economic construction as reference and combining Dalian's specific characteristics. In addition, Dalian will be changed into an industrial base with advanced technology , as well as a trade, finance, tourism, information and shipping center in the northeast Asian area. |
