| Abstract: | Many managers are still confused by the notion of ethical leadership, others believe it is a passing fad. Publishing some high sounding statements and an associated code of conduct without doing anything else usually means that, after a short period of uncertainty, things will carry on as before. The author, however, proposes some practical steps that should help organisations to manage the transition. |
