| Abstract: | The article discusses the relationship between stabilization and institutional change in Slovenia as a country in transition.Author argues that half-hearted reforms in the domain of change of rules are hindering and causing not only the stabilization policy but also entire reform processes.The discrepancy between these two reform steps are especially seen in the field of the income (wage) policy which in Slovenia is practically out of operation. |
