| Abstract: | The author discusses the procedure of control of the Auditor General's Office of the Republic of Slovenia as the new auditing organ of control of the state finances, state budget and monies expended for public purposes.First she quotes the regulations used as legal ground for the said procedure then she analyzes the kinds of control and the competences of the Auditor General's Office and the autonomous acts issued by the Auditor General's Office, as well as the actions that can be performed by an authorized auditor in inspection.Through this contents she presents the entire process of audit of the Auditor General's Office of the Republic of Slovenia in the cases of control of public finances. |
