| Abstract: | According to statistics, China's foreign trade grew more rapidly in 1995. But this kind of growth is growth in con- traditions. Its key cause factor is the uncertainty of the policy on export tax refund. It is estimated that the import and export trade will possibly grow by a small margin in 1996. But it will have some new characteristics. The growth rate of import will exceed that of export. Analyzing from the angle of system reform, the year of high growth of China's export trade has passed and instead, China's foreign trade will enter a period of relatively stable development. |
