| Abstract: | An important characteristic of small and medium-sized family enterprises is close connection between an enterprise and a family. Members of a family have an important role in the process of creating, shaping and choosing the business policy of their enterprise.A specific problem in these enterprises presents the succession - the change of an owner/manager very often causes the change of the enterprise's policy.Because of the key significance of the process of solving the problem of a succession for further existence and development of an enterprise, it is necessary to incorporate this process into the process of creating, shaping and choosing the enterprise's policy of a family enterprise. |
