| Abstract: | Business practices in internal legal orders and in the international regulations of commercial contract law perform two tasks - they define the contents of regulations and are the means of explanation of regulations.In international regulations they have an especially significant power since they are superior to the provisions of conventions.With regard to business regulations, the article presents the setup of the Hague Laws, the Vienna Convention, the international regulations on arbitration law as well as of some independent regulations of international commercial law. |
