| Abstract: | The labor relations it the present stage in Shenzhen special economic zone present the following characteristics: 1. The number of cases related to labor trouble is large. 2. The labor trouble is mainly caused by enterprises being in arrears with workers' wages or pocketing a portion of their pay. According to statistics, the events of stopping work and staging strikes, resulting from the above reasons account for over 80%. To solve the problem, the measure to be taken are: to further strengthen labor arbitration work, to administer in a comprehensive way, to establish and perfect the macro early warning system, to propagandize and implement "labor law", and special economic zones' laws and regulations concerning labor, to establish the negotiation system of enterprises and a system for guaranteeing not to delay paying a salary. |
