Total customer satisfaction can only be realized by recognizing and meeting all of the customer's needs. This total product focus is one of the factors that differentiates Unisys from its competitors. The Unisys solution is a revolutionary process called build to customer order (BTCO). Instead of offering only stock PC products, Unisys adds third party hardware and software configured and testing in a system designed to meet all of the customer's needs.
