| Abstract: | In recent 3 years, there have been some progress in the reform of the work of foreign aid. In terms of structure of foreign aid, flexible and diversified donations with a small amount have been added. In terms of the choice of projects, focus has been put on undertaking medium or small-sized production projects. In terms of aid mode, more projects of foreign aid have taken the forms of joint venture or cooperation and the mode of preferential discount loans by the government began to be pursued too. The above modes will become two of the three main modes of foreign aid. The left one is to increase adequately free economic aid and provide , no longer, interest-free loans. |
