| Abstract: | This paper discusses the main characteristics and background of foreign holding joint ventures and raises the following countermeasures against it: 1 organizing experts and scholars to study foreign holding behavior to prevent foreign businessmen from doing monopolistic business, 2. strengthening industrial guidance and perfecting laws and regulations on industrial policies, 3. chain gating as soon as possible "anti-monopoly law" to perfect China's system of competition laws, 4. changing the treatment of joint ventures from: "distinguished guest treatment" to "national treatment", 5. paying attention to the protection of domestic trademark products while utilizing foreign investment. |
