| Abstract: | At present, China needs badly to re-establish and get straight government-enterprise relations. It is necessary to lay more emphasis on characteristics of the socialist market economy, such as diversification of main bodies, contracts, fair competition, complete open-up the state's macro-control, and regulation of the operation by the economic and legal means. The government and enterprises should coordinate and play their active role in developing-enterprises, increasing input in high and new technology, attracting more business and merchants and protecting and developing the national industry. |
