Abstract:It is generally accepted that corporate communication requires an integrated approach between internal and external communication. With regard to organizational change the communication responsibility of managers is often regarded as extra-curricular and incidental. By looking at organizational change from the perspective of the 'enactment -theory', it becomes obvious that communication is of utmost importance, in that it puts emphasis on the very fact that each organization exists as communication. How organizational members communicate defines the organization.
