| Abstract: | Shenzhen enterprises' impetus mechanism of sci-tech progress features the combination of internal and external driving force, and development and application going side by side in comparison with Hong Kong enterprises'. Hong Kong's enterprises' model of technological progress is a typical mixed one featuring practice, commerce and short-term. Shenzhen enterprises' model which is quite different from Hong Kong enterprises' though there is something in common, is a model with mufti-level technological structure. It does stress not only on the development of high tech, but also on technology-introducing and demand-led while giving prominence to the impetus function of high tech and the promotion function of scientific research. |
