| Abstract: | The methods and ways for the integration of Hong kong's with mainland's finance are as follows: building closer relation between the central bank in mainland and one in Hong Kong on the basis of keeping the relative independence of Hong Kong's bank system and reserving Hong Kong's exchange rate system for connection to fight against speculation in HK dollar transactions. To this end, first, we must realize free convertibility between RMB and HK dollar and then strengthen macro economic regulation and control to create a good financial environment for the integration. Besides, we will encourage Hong Kong's investment in mainland by using preferential policies. |
