| Abstract: | The total retail volume of social consumption goods neared 2060 billion yuan in 1995, up 28.3% over last year's period. But the actual growth rate was only 11.8% representing 1.6 percent points higher than the economic growth rate when price factor was considered. In short run, the total retail volume is scheduled to grow by 20% or so with actual increasing range leveling with last year's when price factor is considered. From the middle run, the average annual growth rate of the total retail volume is expected to be kept at 9% or so. |
