| Abstract: | The seriousness with which product liability claims are treated, and the changes available to claimants, seem to be growing year on year. The containment of this cost to industry through proper risk management is therefore a matter of growing importance. Liability for loss or damage caused by a product can be potentially ruinous. This article outlines some strategies for containing the risk. |
