| Abstract: | 37 information technology companies declared establishing "the Group of Telecommunication Information Network system". This huge wave of merger is the direct expression of the war scrambling for markets in the world's information service trade, which reaches white-heat. Enlightenment from it is as follows: We should attach importance to information service industry for it is an industry which can earn much profits. Information service industry has a huge market. The starting funds for information service should be raised through many channels. Its healthy development needs a legal guarantee. Information service industry has become an independent industry which is associated with communication and computer industries but it has its own task different from them. |
