Abstract:The relationship between enterprises and customers is very important. Customers are the god of enterprises. so all the business and marketing activities must be carried out around the target of satisfying the demands of customers and striving for their satisfaction. Therefore, in the business and marketing , enterprises should conduct surveys on the quantity of customers, analyze the formation and characteristics of enterprises' customers and also fully use various demographic data in view of attracting the potential customers. Taking the commercial enterprises as examples, this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the method of developing, and using demographic data concerning enterprises' business and marketing.
