Abstract: | In this study three relationships in a random sample of full-time employed men and women in dual-earner couples are estimated, building on the Job-Strain Theory. The main effects on relationships between change over time in employees' experiences of job demands and job control and change over time in psychological distress were estimated; the interaction effects on relationship of change in job demands on the relationship between change in job control and change in distress were estimated; the interaction effects of gender on these relationships were estimated. |
