| Abstract: | There are some limitations associated with the success factor approach, which has been to model the interaction of Information Systems (IS) with organizations. This study addresses some of the concerns and identifies the key constructs in successful IS implementation and developes a model for relating the constructs to success in implementation. The study compares the issues and administrative responses in IS developed countries with those presented in the study. There are some areas that need strengthening, although successful organizations have mechanisms for facilitating the introduction, diffusion and management of IS. |
