| Abstract: | The practise in recent more than 10 years shows that the financial deficit has played a certain role in China's economic construction and easing the shortage of its funds, but it also produced an inflated effect to inflation. The intensified inflation plus the slow growth of financial revenue due to various reasons led to the increase of financial deficit. However the effect of deficit financing will certainly push inflation up to a new step. Therefore, we should control the scale of deficit from two aspects-finance and banking sector, and adopt the tightly monetary policy to support the financial policy of adjusting industrial structure with deficit. |
