Abstract: | The state economy continues to keep its dominant position in the national economy but its share in it falls year by year. The proportion of collective economy to it has increased gradually, and township enterprises have become the mainstream of its development. "The enterprises in the three forms of ventures" have developed rapidly. The problems in the economic development are the slow growth of the state economy and declining economic returns sharply as well as the serious drain of state-owned assets. According to forecast, in terms of investment the proportion of the state's investment will decrease while that of collective and foreign investment increase. In terms of circulation, the retail sales of the state, collective and private economic sectors will account for 27.8%, 17.6% and 32% of the total respectively. |
