Abstract: | The main experiences of Shenzhen development zone in management and administration are as follows: In terms of management system, it practise a mixed management model which merges government administration and enterprise management into one, but stresses enterprise-style management. As a result , its administrative organ has both authority and flexibility. In terms of development of land, it has developed stretches of land with enterprises as the subject of development, in an effort to form a good cycle through rolling development. In terms of tactics of funds, it is good at import from abroad and linkage at home and dares to do so to raise funds through multiple-channel and by various means. In terms of development of industries it has made great efforts to cultivate "dragon head" industries and optimise the industrial structure. |
