| Abstract: | Results from the ASTD Benchmarking Forum show that the delivery and financing of training in several large companies are undergoing rapid change. The companies in the ASTD Benchmarking Forum are delivering less training with permanent staff, and more with the strategic use of technology, contract staff, and external providers. They are also financing more training outside their central budgets. |
