| Abstract: | One of the reasons why so many reengineering programmes do not lead to expected gains is that they concentrate only on changing the operating model (what a company does) rather than also changing the operating state (how a company does it). In the USA this accompanying process is called Employee Engagement. The author visited 3 companies in the USA that found their own route to engaging their employees and reviewing their commitment to the business. |
