Abstract: | Many experts advocate a balanced scorecard that uses both financial and nonfinancial measures to achieve alignment of the management system with corporate vision. The long-term empirical study covered in this article focuses on a balanced scorecard for innovation - i.e., the point at which up to 80 percent of costs may be designed into a company's products or services. |
