| Abstract: | Prince Albert Pulp and Paper, an operating unit of Weyerhaeuser Company, looked to its management accounting system to integrate the quality mission into employees' thinking and actions in a concrete and visible way. The result has been to develop a strategically driven performance management system focusing on continuous improvement - one that closely resembles the conceptualization of an integrated performance measurement system. |
