| Abstract: | This paper discusses what kinds of forms foreign economic and trade enterprises may take in operation of capital. The main forms include the following: 1. Transformation of share holding system, that is introducing new management mechanism and funds by the regrouping of property rights and stock rights of corporation; 2. joint operation, that is , adjusting one's own resource allocation by using the other side's advantageous resources for seeking one's own interests within one economic entity , 3 technological transfer; 4. strategic alliance, that is, establishing an alliance of production, marketing and service within the same kind or related industries to keep long-term stable commercial interests; 5. introducing foreign investment; 6. merger and acquisition; 7. long-term financing. |
