| Abstract: | Since the beginning of this year, the nation wide macro economic situation presents the following characteristics: The speed of economic development remains extraordinarily stable. Behind the economic growth, quite a number of state-owned enterprises with poor performance have found difficulties in production and operation. The unbalance of economic development hasn't been improved much. The problem of unemployment will become the first factor hindering China's economic development due to the following: In stead of falling, the rate of unemployment resulting from economic growth even rises. The new point of economic growth can not help settle the problem of unemployment either. The government has weakened its efforts to settle the problem of unemployment. |
