| Abstract: | On the Beijing China real estate index-releasing meetings, held in the first quarter and March, 1997, Mr. Meng Xiaosu, the Chairman of the executive council of China real estate index system and Mr. Xiao Zhuoji, Wu Yiguang, Pan Shiqi and Li Yuxi, four experts of Beijing executive council of China real estate index made impromptu speeches with regard to China's economic reform and the development of real estate. They expressed their views on such issues as housing's becoming the new consumption hot point, the function of real estate as a form of investment in starting real estate market, the status quo of real-estate and the relationship between real estate and business cycle. |
