Abstract:Key global trends are indentified and European obstacles to coping with widespread short-term material gratification regardless the consequences for future generations, and unemployment crisis - focusing on inflexibility stifling both the educational process and motivation for entrepreneurship in Germany. The cultural clash globally is epitomised in the antithesis between Nietzsche's theory of creation of new values and Koveje's projection of democratic contentment. The resolution calls for an ethical commitment to one's grandchildren through short-term high risks for eco-preneurship in order to reduce long-term environmental risks.
