| Abstract: | This paper describes a computer-based methodology which provides practical and sustained support for the generation and implementation of appropriate, effective systems for the management of quality and assistance with continuous improvement in a manufacturing enterprise. The software system incorporates a knowledge-based system which will be used to encapsulate expert quality management consultancy knowledge to provide the required expertise to assist the user in adopting the optimum quality system solution for the business. |
