| Abstract: | The reform of banks towards commercialization and enlarging direct financing market supplement and complement each other. The latter, objectively, would facilitate the formation of a new type of relationship between banks and enterprises and be also beneficial to solving the problem in credit funds. Besides, it would force enterprises to directly face market rather than to continue to rely on bank's credit and loan, thus preventing problems arising in the new credit funds. Utilizing credit funds through market will have the function of adding the rigid restraint of market rules to the credit and loan of banks. |
