| Abstract: | The solutions to the problem of debt crisis between banks and enterprises include the following: 1. raising some funds through securities market, 2. diverting partial investment fund, 3. changing certain bonds into stock rights, 4. canceling partial bad debt after verification by using reserve for bad debt, 5. relying on the government's some subsidies for support, 6. activating reserve stock and combining the solution of debt crisis between banks and enterprises with the strategic reorganization of state-owned enterprises. |
