| Abstract: | While deepening the housing reform towards commercialization ,we should guarantee the housing need of ordinary residents, especially the low-income residents. The method is to star the business of mortgage loans for purchasing resident houses. The concrete measures are as follows: The financial institutions and house-selling units jointly run such a business. We may run such a business with wage income as mortgage. We have to have the necessary policies on it to promote the sale of public housing. Besides, we should adjust further the price ratio between rent and sale, establish the system of housing accumulation fund, adjust the direction of use of funds for housing reform, formulate, "Method of Mortgage Loans for Staff and Workers' Houses" and strengthen the construction of law and regulations on related real estate. |
